How to Make Payments

– Make sure the transaction type is, “Payments between friends.” Otherwise Venmo takes out a fee and you will be responsible for paying us the fee.

Fundraising is available year-round. Those amounts earned add up!
Apply for the scholarship, if awarded it can oUer up to 50% of your fee. Apply between April 2 through April 16th
Maintain open and effective lines of communicate with the Student Account Manger…your information is confidential.
After you have paid fee 1 by May 15th you may contact Michelle Burgmann at pantherbandstudentacct@gmail.com to request an extended payment schedule. All balances must be paid by October 1st. If not paid in full at that time, unpaid balances will be turned over to your child’s OTHS student account and the school will impose their restrictions that are listed in the student handbook.

Online store opens one time in the early summer for purchasing. One-tiem purchase your first year as a Marchign Panther. Replacement items purchased as needed.

Price fluctuated depending on show needs. Covers makeup, track suit, accessories, shoes, etc. Some items will be a one-time purchase (ie. Tracksuit), others will need to be bought yearly (ie. Make-up, Accessories). These will be purchased through various links. Color Guard staff will communicate purchasing details.

These fees are waived for Marching Band Students All musicians not participating in the Marching Band will need to pay this annual fee. Pays for instructor fees, music, contest transportation, concert attire dry cleaning, clinicians, Solo & Ensemble fees.

Tuxedo Option Only – If your student wears a concert dress, this does not apply. All concert band musicians who opt to wear a tuxedo will need to purchase the following: Black Tie – $5 (Available Through the Band Boutique) Black Tux Shirt – $25 (Amazon Purchase)
