Music For All National Festival (2016)

Year-Round Program Highlights

General Schedule

March – June:

Marching Band rehearsals and community parades.

Summer culminates with St. Louis America’s Parade (July 4th weekend), over 25 years of winning the Liberty Drum Challenge.

July – August:

A 10-day Marching Band Camp at the Smiley Campus.

The mission of this organization shall be to encourage, support and promote the O’Fallon Township High School, District Number 203 band program in every possible way as defined and granted by the General Not for Profit Corporation Act of the State of Illinois.

Concert Band Placement:

– Auditions use ILMEA excerpts
– Determines chair placement and band placement grades

ILMEA District Festival:

– Scale page, prepared etude
– Concert, Jazz, future music educators, and composition opportunities
– District 6 auditions are a video audition at the end of September; festivals are held on Saturdays in November

The mission of the O’Fallon High School Band Program is to provide a first-class musical experience for all members while serving as musical ambassadors and representatives of O’Fallon Township High School and the City of O’Fallon.
