Wind Ensemble Schedule

Arrive in Band Room at noon – time to gather our things, change, eat (if you didn’t have lunch)

12:30pm – Load yellow busses – bring snacks, water, change for the bus ride home

4:00pm – Arrival at Krannert Center for the Arts – University of Illinois

Unload and watch bands

4:45pm – to the busses and move to the loading dock

4:55pm – move into the loading dock

5:05pm – warm-up – ORR

5:35pm – transition time

5:45pm – PERFORMANCE!!!

Exit into the audience after the performance

6:15pm – Awards

After awards go back to the busses to put equipment away and then get clothes to change out – use Krannert restrooms in the lobby.

7:00pm – Departure – we will stop in Effingham to eat dinner

11:30pm – Arrival back at OTHS
