MCCGA Set Up Volunteers

PLEASE READ HERE FIRST!!

Sign up for MCCGA Volunteer shifts on your CutTime account.
This is a mandatory volunteer event per your signed agreement in the Band Contract.
These shifts are a mixture of standing and sitting positions.  Please consider allowing seated shifts to be filled by less able-bodied volunteers.
Requirements of each shift are listed in the descriptions.
O’Fallon performance times are TBD….Consider signing up for a shift during one of these times so WG parents can watch their kids.
Jobs in these areas will report to an assigned key worker for the job/area.

ALL VOLUNTEERS Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift for check-in and directions.

Volunteers will sign in at the Main Entrance located near the security station.

Set up for March 21st Winterguard Competition.
Will be moving tables, chairs, signs and other items as needed.  Concessions will be moving food items from storage to the Panther Dome.  All work will require lifting and lots of walking.

MCCGA Setup (Students)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Removal of tables and chairs from Cafeteria.
Placement of tables, chairs, signs and other items needed for event preparation.
Requires walking and moving of furniture.

Concessions Setup
Friday, Mar 20, 2026 · 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION
This setup will require loading/unloading of food items from the storage area to the Panther Dome.
If you have a van/SUV it may be needed to help haul the goods.
This will require setting up the Dome Lobby into a seating area for guests and stocking the Concession Stand.
Requires lifting and lots of walking.
