Unit/Equipment Check-In * Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 · 8:15 am – 11:30 am
ALL WINTERGUARD TEAMS AND EQUIPMENT WILL COME THROUGH THIS AREA.
Adult workers will handle check-ins, Student workers will handle guiding groups to hallway spots.
All Performers will Check-In here and receive a stamp on their wrist.
Hand out the Director’s Packets, which include a map of the school and wristbands for assistants (7 per group).
Make sure all teams have their music uploaded to the Google Drive.
Direct teams to their school’s hallway locations on the map in their packets.
Direct equipment and assistants to the Cafeteria.
This job is a sitting position and does not require much movement.
Ideally, we would like ONE ADULT and ONE STUDENT per shift.
Ticket Sales (ADULT)* Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 · 8:30 am – 11:00 am
This position will serve as admissions for spectators entering the Dome.
Handling of money and stamp hands for admission (Both stamps and wristbands allow re-entry).
Direct spectating teams to the upstairs viewing area (Utilize the stairs behind the performing area).
This is a seated position, with low activity levels.
Door Monitors Lobby * Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 · 9:00 am – 11:45 am
Position will monitor doors in/out of the Dome.
Lobby Doors will check spectators for stamps/wristbands.
Keep doors closed during performances and advise spectators to wait for an all clear to enter/exit.
Spectators and teams are not allowed to enter/exit during performances.
Hallway Doors will confirm the On-Deck team matches the schedule.
Open the entrance door for the performing team when the unit ahead clears the horizontal time mark.
Direct exiting teams to the wrestling room for tarp folding and props exit from Door P.
This job will require being on your feet for the entirety of the shift.
Floater/Helper * Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 · 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Assist at Unit Check-In by directing and guiding teams to their crash areas.
Stay at the volunteer check-in table to help answer questions.
Help in Concessions during busy times.
Throughout the event, assist in cleaning up trash in the bleachers and concession area, hallways and bathrooms.
Replace toilet paper and trash bags as needed, collect trash, and wipe down tables.
This job requires a lot of activity to keep the event running smoothly.
Warm-Up Timers * Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 · 9:00 am – 12:15 pm
Please bring a timing device with you (Cell phone, Stopwatch, etc.).
One worker each at: Doorway, Table A, Table B.
This job will manage the timing of each unit’s warm-up in the South Gym.
Keep the groups on time and communicate with the Directors how many minutes are left for warm-up.
Volunteers will receive a warm-up schedule and instructions on check-in.
Schools may request additional warnings, BUT MAY NOT ask for additional time.
Please make sure to keep groups on schedule.

This position will be working in the kitchen, ADULTS ONLY!
This position bakes cookies and pretzels as needed for the Concession Stand.
Each person will be responsible for one of either the cookies or the pretzels.
PLEASE wear a hat or head covering per Health Code.

This position will conduct clean-up and restoration after the event.
Clean-up will include removing trash from the bleachers, hallways and other areas as needed, as well as emptying trash receptacles.
This will also include returning tables and chairs to the original locations and rearranging the Dome Lobby and Cafeteria and South Gym as needed.
Roll up of tarps.
This will be a high activity level and require lifting and moving of furniture.
Concessions Clean-up *Saturday, Mar 21, 2026 · 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Assist in clean-up of Kitchen and Front-Line pans.
May be done early depending on Concessions close time.
