There is going to be a live weathercast here at the Smiley Campus (football field), starting at 5am.
This weathercast will feature the drumline and the band. Smiley students are highly encouraged to participate (winds, percussion, and colorguard). If Milburn students would like to participate, they would need to coordinate a parent ride after this event to get to Smiley. Students will wear their rehearsal attire for Friday morning. Students will have time to change out of their rehearsal attire before school starts. We will take down the names of the students who will be participating at Wednesday’s rehearsal.
Arrival for students is 5:45am. The drumline needs to be ready to play by 6:05am.
Dr. G will be down at the PAC waiting for everyone. We will practice what we will do for TV during Thursdays rehearsal.
We understand that this is an early time, but these live broadcasts are very fun to do!

• 5:55 – Live tease to 6am hour
• 6:01 – A block – Live weather hit (1:40)
• 6:10 – School spirit showcase heading into break (:30)- DRUMLINE- on track, DANCE TEAM, CHEER, GOLD RUSH – grab all school spirit from Drumline into the Stands.
• 6:23 – School spirit showcase coming back from break (:30) – DANCE TEAM- on the field
or 6:25 live WX tease with Matt & students heading into break (:30)
• 6:31 – D block – Live weather hit (1:40)
• 6:40 – School spirit showcase heading into break (:30) CHEER – on the field
