DESCRIPTION:Wind Ensemble Schedule\nArrive in Band Room at noon – time to gather our things, change, eat (if you didn’t have lunch)\n12:30pm – Load yellow busses – bring snacks, water, change for the bus ride home\n4:00pm – Arrival at Krannert Center for the Arts – University of Illinois\nUnload and watch bands\n4:45pm – to the busses and move to the loading dock\n4:55pm – move into the loading dock\n5:05pm – warm-up – ORR\n5:35pm – transition time\n5:45pm – PERFORMANCE!!!\nExit into the audience after the performance\n6:15pm – Awards\nAfter awards go back to the busses to put equipment away and then get clothes to change out – use Krannert restrooms in the lobby.\n7:00pm – Departure – we will stop in Effingham to eat dinner\n11:30pm – Arrival back at OTHS\n
